Help people get what they need, when they need it by increasing the effectiveness of our Rapid Distribution Centers, Stocking Distributions Centers, Bulk Distribution Centers or Direct Fulfillment Centers.
If you want to experience retail inside out, then the AMP Program is your calling. We're always seeking out-of-the box, result-oriented thinkers to become the next leaders at The Home Depot. Candidates who score well on the abilities test participate in a program designed to hone their current skills—and develop new ones—in a variety of consultative and/or auditing assignments. Over a 2-year period, you'll be introduced to the intricacies of Store Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Merchandising, Marketing and more. Where else can you get this much exposure to the real world of finance professionals? Most of the graduates from our programs have the opportunity to continue their career in the AMP Program—or move into functional roles within the business.
